How We Build

Kickoff to live usually takes 2 to 4 weeks. The pace is set by how quickly you send content, photos, and approvals.

1. Questionnaire. Short, plain-language — around 10 questions about your business, your customers, and what you want the website to do. English or Portuguese.
2. Design + build. I mock up the site, you review on a screen share, we revise. No rounds-limit gimmick — we go until the design is right. All revisions included.
3. Content. I write every page. You provide photos, or we work with what's on your Google Business Profile, Instagram, or existing site.
4. Launch. The site ships with GA4 and Search Console connected, indexing requested in GSC, sitemap submitted, and local schema live.

After launch, your site stays under my hand. Edits are unlimited and included — there's no per-change fee, no "minor tweaks" bucket. If a change takes five minutes, it takes five minutes.

When This Is Right for You

The monthly subscription starts at $175/month, no upfront cost, with a 12-month minimum. That model fits a business that wants a real site without a $5,000 check on day one, and wants a developer who sticks around instead of vanishing after launch.

If you'd rather own the site outright, we also offer a one-time $3,500 project build — same design quality, same hand-coded output, but you take the files and we're done when you say we're done. Hosting is separate at that point.

What we won't do: push SEO as a magic trick, promise page-1 rankings in 30 days, or tell you that a new site alone will fix slow customer flow. Good design opens the door. You still have to walk through it — with real marketing, real customer service, and real reviews.
