What It Costs & How Long It Takes

On-page SEO is included in the $175/month website subscription, or in the one-time $3,500 build (with ongoing SEO available as a separate engagement). Ongoing local SEO work starts at $99/month on top of your website plan. Higher tiers for businesses running multiple locations, multi-language sites, or active citation-building campaigns.

Timeline expectation, set honestly: local SEO takes 3 to 6 months of consistent work before you see noticeable ranking shifts in a competitive market. Google needs time to trust a new business entity, and most Stonegate clients are brand-new to serious online presence. Expect the first 30 days to be setup and cleanup, months 2 to 3 to start showing early lifts, and real ranking movement by month 4 or 5 if the market isn't a bloodbath.

What Stonegate Won't Do

• Promise page-1 rankings in 30 days. Anyone who does is either lying or targeting keywords nobody searches for.
• Buy fake reviews, buy backlinks from link farms, or run any other black-hat tactic that Google will eventually penalize you for.
• Keep your Google Business Profile password. You own your GBP, always. We work as a manager with the permissions you grant, and can be removed at any time.
• Sell SEO as a magic fix for a business that has deeper problems. If your conversion rate is bad because your booking flow is confusing or your phone isn't getting answered, more traffic won't help.
