Stonegate Web Designs is the operating name of Stonegate Digital Systems LLC, a New Jersey limited liability company. We are a web design and digital marketing agency based in Kearny, NJ, serving small businesses across New Jersey.

3. Information We Collect

We collect information only when you voluntarily provide it or when it is automatically generated by your visit:

• Contact form submissions. When you fill out our contact form we collect your name, email address, phone number (if provided), the service you are interested in, how you found us, and any message you send. Form submissions are processed by Netlify Forms and routed to our inbox.
• Spam protection. Our contact form uses an invisible honeypot field to detect automated submissions. The honeypot is a hidden form field that real visitors never fill in — if it contains a value, the submission is silently rejected. No third-party captcha service is used, and no data is sent to an external provider for spam validation.
• Analytics. If you accept cookies, we use Google Analytics 4 to measure aggregate traffic patterns — pages viewed, approximate geographic region, device type, referral source. This data is pseudonymous and is not used to identify you personally. If you decline cookies, analytics are not loaded.
• Server logs. Our hosting provider (Netlify) may retain standard server logs including IP address, user agent, and timestamp for security and operational purposes.

4. How We Use Your Information

We use the information you provide solely to respond to your inquiry, schedule consultations, deliver services if you become a client, and maintain records for accounting and legal compliance. We do not use your contact information for unsolicited marketing.

5. We Do Not Sell Your Data

Stonegate Web Designs does not sell, rent, or trade personal information to third parties. We do not share your information with advertisers or data brokers.

6. Third-Party Services

The following third-party services process data submitted through this website on our behalf:

• Netlify — hosting and form processing (privacy policy)
• Google Analytics 4 — aggregate visitor analytics, loaded only with cookie consent (privacy policy)

7. Cookies and Tracking

We display a cookie consent banner on first visit. If you accept, a cookie is stored to remember your choice and Google Analytics loads. If you decline, no analytics cookies are loaded. You can clear your browser storage at any time to reset your choice.

8. Your Rights

9. Data Retention

Contact form submissions are retained for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to the inquiry and complete any resulting business relationship. Analytics data is retained per Google Analytics 4 default settings (currently 14 months).

This website is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
